Isaac Watts: I have recently lived thru a very serious suicide attempt. I had every intention to end my life. It was not my time to go. So, now I am fighting for my life to get better; mind, body, and soul. I have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, and Chronic Depression. But thru one on one therapy, and being part of an amazing DBT group, I am learning why I have thought the way I have all my life, and how to overcome my disorder.
